Carpool

Carpool
Carpooling is a natural team-building exercise! Encourage your employees to carpool and help them save money while you free up parking spots for visitors. Way to Go’s online ride-matching website is easy to use, secure and free. And, as an employer, you can even set up your own network within our program, so your employees can easily be matched with each other. Not only will your employees cut their gas and parking bills in half or more, but you also will improve employee morale by promoting carpool. Remember: Employees who ride together, thrive together.

Vanpool

Vanpool
For those who don’t own a car — or don't want to put the extra miles on theirs — Way to Go also has a unique program called vanpool. For a reasonable monthly fare, our vanpool program provides a vehicle, insurance and fuel for a group commute, which splits among fellow commuters. RTD subsidizes Denver region vanpools and our team provides tools to assist with vanpool formation at your workplace. Riding to work in a comfortable van and sharing the ride is ideal for groups of commuters who live near each other and travel more than 15 miles, one way, to work.

Transit

Transit
Help your employees leverage our region's extensive transit system, RTD offers plenty of options for commuters to take the bus or light rail. Let Way to Go help identify the best routes for your employees, suggest solutions for offering transit passes and help promote transit within your organization.

Biking and Walking

Biking and Walking
With 300 days of Colorado sunshine every year, many smart commuters choose to walk, bike, rollerblade, skateboard or even hoverboard to work. These active pedestrian options are ideal for employees living within striking distance of work. Way to Go will help you explore pedestrian-friendly practices and provide resources such as bike maps and route planning.

Work Schedule Options

More and more companies allow their employees to work remotely, flex their hours or compress their workweeks, resulting in reduced traffic and commute time, and improved work-life balance. Let us work with you to figure out the right work schedule options for your employees and organization. Once you do, we'll help you promote work schedule options as employee benefits.

Guaranteed Ride Home

Guaranteed Ride Home
Life is unpredictable. What happens if your employees are using carpool, vanpool or transit — and they suddenly need an immediate ride home? Way to Go has a simple solution to this common challenge. For a small annual fee, your company can ensure its employees will arrive home safely with Guaranteed Ride Home. In cases of unexpected schedule changes, Guaranteed Ride Home gives employees peace of mind by providing on-call taxi service at no additional cost. Guaranteed Ride Home allows smart commuters — those who rely on carpool, vanpool, transit or pedestrian options — a simple, convenient, affordable and environmentally friendly way to handle unexpected emergencies. If your company has an Eco/Flex Pass, it’s highly likely this program already covers you.
