Northeast Transportation Connections invites you to the third annual NE Walk Fest! Taking place on September 26 from noon to 4 p.m., this year’s Walk Fest will feature a community block party devoted to improving walking conditions, strengthening neighborhood connections and promoting neighborhood and pedestrian safety throughout Northeast Denver. The event includes 10 free themed walks, free music and food, a local art show, bookmobile, free shoe giveaway, and scavenger hunt. Walk Fest helps people get to know their neighborhood, learn about connections between neighborhoods in the area, get some exercise and have fun.
